Once you are in 'Your shopping cart', you will have the option to redeem any available Everyday Rewards dollars (once your account is linked) or Pet Cash.

Once your Everyday Rewards account is linked, you will be able to view your available balance.

Please note - if your Everyday Rewards account is set to Save for Christmas or Qantas Points, you will not be able to redeem your Everyday Rewards on the Petstock website, and your balance will show as $0.

If you would like to start redeeming credit, please ensure that you change your preference on your Everyday Rewards account.

If you have available Pet Cash for your transaction, you can select how you would like to spend this. 

Apply all options: This will use all available credit applicable to your transaction.

Let me choose: You can set the amount you wish to use. 

Don't apply: No rewards will be applied. 

Once you have selected your option, your cart total will adjust accordingly and you can proceed with your checkout. 

Mobile App

Once you are in 'Your shopping cart', you will need to click on 'Continue to rewards'. 

On this page, you will have the option to redeem any available Everyday Rewards dollars (once your account is linked), or Pet Cash.

When you click on 'Use' you will have the option to select the amount you wish to use on your order

You will now see the amount applied to your order.

From here you can select to redeem more rewards or continue to checkout.
