If an order has been picked and is ready for packing, we are unable to make changes to an address.

If an order has not been picked, we may be able to update it for you.

Redirect a Parcel?

Once the order has been dispatched, we recommend contacting NZ Post to attempt to redirect the parcel. This may delay the expected delivery time.
