Click and Collect

Please bring along a copy of your Ready-to-Collect email/SMS as well as a form of identification, such as your driver's license.

Whether picking up your order yourself or on behalf of someone else you will need to bring:

• The confirmation/collection email for the order
• Valid photo ID# and
• Your order number

The nominated name on the ‘Confirmation Order’ email must match the name on the photo ID.

The person collecting the order will be required to sign for your order on collection.

If you have nominated someone other than yourself to pick up the order please ensure you have let our friendly store team know.
