Add to Autoship

Please ensure you are logged into your Petstock account. 

From the Account dashboard select 'Autoship';

This will bring up all active Autoship. 

Click on '+Add an extra item to Autoship'

A pop-up will appear on the right for you to search for the product you wish to add.

Type in the product you would like to add to your Autoship and click the 'magnify glass' to search.

Now you can click 'Add Product' on the item you wish to add to your Autoship.

This will then proceed for you to select the requirements of the product.

Here you can select:

• Size of product (if applicable) 
• Buy Once (and shipped with your next AutoShip) OR
• AutoShip (this will ship with your next AutoShip and also add it permanently to a new AutoShip based on your frequency) You will need to select the frequency in which you would like to receive this product.
• Deliver to (this will list the address/es on your AutoShip)
• Select your quantity

Once this is all complete, you can 'Add to Order'.

The next screen will prompt you to check over your request and 'Confirm & Add Item'. 

Important note - The new item will automatically be added to your next Autoship date, you can change this to a customer date by using the drop-down on the 'First Shipping Date'.

Once this has been completed, you will get a confirmation on screen.
