Online Orders

Website

Simply log into your Petstock account and then, click on the 'Account' button, which is located on the top right of the web page.

From the Account dashboard select 'Orders';

Here you can view all your past online orders.

To view further information and print an invoice on each order, click 'View details'

To print the invoice for the order, click 'Print invoice'

Once you select Print Invoice, you can then save the Invoice to your device or print it using your printer. 

Mobile App

On the home screen you can see your most recent orders at the top and can click on these. Alternatively, you can hit 'more' at the bottom right corner.

Select 'more', you will find a 'manage' section and then 'my orders'. This shows you the full history of your orders and you can select the one you wish.

Once you have selected an order, click the page icon in the top right hand corner. 

You will then have the option to save to your device or print directly.
