Update my Petstock account

You can update any personal account information by logging into your Petstock account or speaking with a team member in-store. For the purposes of protecting your privacy and in accordance with changes made to privacy laws, a form of identification will be required for us to make requested changes when in-store.

To update your details online, once you are logged in, click on the Account icon 

Here you can edit personal details, change password, manage your addresses, view your rewards, see previous order history and access your Autoship. 

If a Member has stopped receiving sales events and notifications via email and SMS, it is most likely that an unsubscribe has taken place.

In accordance with our Privacy Policy and Petstock Rewards T&C’s, Members need to contact our Customer Experience Team to reinstate their notifications.
