To sign up online, you must have a New Zealand phone number and email address. 

On the home page, click

This will take you to the sign in/sign up page

Click on 'Sign up'

You will need to fill out your personal information and create a password.

Next, please tick that you agree to the T&C's and marketing. 
Once this is all complete, click 'Continue'.

Please create your password and select "continue" 
The password requirements can be seen below:

Once you’ve registered, we will send an activation link to your provided email address. 
Follow the prompts in that email to finalise your setup. 

To keep your data safe, our system uses adaptive authentication. 
This means that, depending on the security context (such as logging in from a new device or location), you may be asked to verify your identity using:

• Email confirmation
• SMS/Text codes
• Biometrics (e.g., FaceID or Fingerprint)

Mobile App

When opening the app, select which country you are in.

This will take you to the account sign in page where you can also select 'Sign up'.

You will need to fill out your personal information and create a password.
