A Member may choose to opt-out at any time by either unsubscribing from their notification or by contacting their store or our Customer Experience team.

Please note it may take 4-5 days for the process to be complete.

Every email and SMS sent by Petstock contains an unsubscribe option located at the bottom of the email/SMS. Simply click on the unsubscribe link and the unsubscribe process will activate.

Unsubscribing from sales and events notifications does not affect your Petstock Rewards membership.
